The service

Branchmark provides marketing planning, scheduling, and measurement tools for business owners. It connects to third-party platforms (such as Instagram, Facebook, and Google) only with your authorization and operates within those platforms' terms.

Your responsibilities

• You own (or have rights to) the content you upload and publish through Branchmark.
• You are responsible for the accounts you connect and for complying with the connected platforms' policies.
• You approve every post before it publishes; scheduled content publishes only to accounts you connected, on your instruction.

Our commitments and limits

• We work to keep the service available and your data safe, but the service is provided "as is" without warranties.
• Recommendations are informational — they are computed from data, and outcomes are not guaranteed.
• We may update these terms; material changes will be posted on this page with a new date.

Termination

You may stop using Branchmark and request deletion of your data at any time (see Data Deletion). We may suspend accounts that violate these terms or a connected platform's policies.
