Delete your data

You can have your Branchmark data deleted at any time. Here is exactly how:

• Step 1 — Email peter@cadenceadvisers.com from the address on your Branchmark account with the subject line "Delete my data".
• Step 2 — We confirm your request and delete your account data — your profile, connected-account data we hold (posts, engagement metrics fetched via the Meta Platform), drafts, schedules, and uploaded media — within 30 days.
• Step 3 — You receive a confirmation email when deletion is complete.

Disconnecting instead of deleting

If you only want to unlink a social account, disconnect it inside Branchmark (or remove Branchmark's access in your Instagram/Facebook settings). We stop collecting from that account immediately; already-fetched data is removed on request per the steps above.

Data removed automatically

Removing the app in your Meta account settings revokes our access tokens immediately — Branchmark can no longer read from that account from that moment.
