What Branchmark is
Branchmark helps business owners plan, schedule, and measure their marketing. To do that, it works with data from accounts you choose to connect — including Instagram and Facebook via the Meta Platform.
Information we collect
- Account information — your name, email address, and business details you provide when signing in (including via Google sign-in).
- Connected social data via the Meta Platform — when you connect an Instagram or Facebook account, we access your profile information, your posts (captions, media, timestamps), and their engagement metrics (likes, comments, views), using Meta's official APIs and only with the permissions you grant.
- Content you create — drafts, captions, media you upload, and scheduling choices you make inside Branchmark.
- Advertising data you import — campaign reports you choose to upload (e.g. Google Ads exports).
How we use it
- To show you your own posting history and performance.
- To recommend content and schedules — recommendations are computed from your data and aggregate industry benchmarks.
- To publish posts you explicitly approve to accounts you connected. Nothing is ever posted without your action.
What we don't do
- We do not sell your personal information.
- We do not share your data with third parties except the service providers that run our infrastructure (hosting, storage, databases) under confidentiality obligations.
- We do not use your connected-account credentials outside the official platform APIs.
Storage and retention
Your data is stored on infrastructure provided by Cloudflare and Supabase. We keep it while your account is active. When you disconnect a social account, we stop collecting from it; when you delete your account, we delete your data as described on our Data Deletion page.
Your rights
You can ask us at any time what data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it — see Data Deletion. Email peter@cadenceadvisers.com and we'll respond promptly.
